The invoice provided was initially incorrect, when challenged it was changed and the member of staff said they would post me an updated one - it is yet to arrive.
Service is well organised, the environment for me whilst I wait for my car is very comfortable and friendly and allows me to keep working electronically
You are excellent but nothing in this world is perfect.....not even my wife, says a cynical old man!
The lift to and from the dealership was useful (it was a £2000 repair) I have deducted a point because I feel this was a particularly expensive repair which reflects the materials chosen by BMW during the manufacture of this vehicle. <100k miles.
As in all businesses there is always room for improvement in Ryebrooks case your invoicing needs much more clarification.
They usually go out of their way to be helpful and make my life easy.
Always use this dealer, they have proved to be competent, the lady we dealt with this time was excellent.

Following the service, I made a journey of 150 miles whereupon brake warning lights appeared. BMW Emergency Service (excellent) found that the brake fluid was leaking and the reservoir virtually empty due to poor workmanship during the service.
I can always trust staff to get what ever job I need doing done in excellent time.

My car was serviced away from site without my knowledge and returned to me with water inside the car and was overheated with quite a lot of fuel used.

Rybrook BMW like no other dealership their level of customer service beyond excellent.
Waited over an hour upon arrival even after being told my car was ready. Windows covered in water spots after washing (again)

You take the work that is done on your car on trust. eg. oil changes cannot be checked easily as there is no dipstick any longer. I have found your company to be reliable.

Questionable updates re: both Tyre wear (6mm al round, really?)and Brake Pads which still show 3200 miles for front & 30000 for the rear yet they measure 7mm front & 6mm Rear? Does make me question the whole service
Still waiting for a paint repair
Dropping the car off took far too long given the number of staff who were stood around chatting. Should be able to leave my key and sign the release form with the receptionist and not have to wait to sit down at a desk.
Neither of the issues were resolved
Dropped car of on Wednesday 28th August for an MOT at 8am. Didn't get car back until Friday afternoon. No good reason given for 3 day MOT. My comments in question 1 also contribute to this low rating.

The dealership I visit is very good on the service side and they always try and fix any issues and provide a high level of care.

Quick and easy service
I think that when you are having a BMW serviced at the same place as the car was purchased you should at least be offered a loan car . As a result my wife had to do two near 40miles round trips to collect me and take me back to the dealership

Kazia was polite and professional in their dealings with me. Pick and delivery of my car was on time. Communication on what was being done and the costs were explained to me. Car was delivered back in a cleaner state than when it was picked up!
The vehicle was picked up bang on time & delivered back the same on time after the Rybrook staff had informed it was on the way.
Completed service efficiently & thoroughly
Brought my vehicle in for an MOT which I had opted to wait whilst it was done. I was able to wait in comfortable surroundings with refreshments and WiFi so I could continue to work. My vehicle was returned to me valeted and looking like new - 10/10
Everything was done to full satisfaction plus had good advice when I'd booked in for the wrong type of service and was accommodated. Had to wait a bit longer in reception when I came to pick it up otherwise 5 star
Everything I required was done
Service Assistant went off to investigate what had happened after last wheel alignment check in April, given that another was now being recommended again due to excessive tyre wear on one tyre. Never came back; still don't know what the situation is.
Verona was excellent from start to finish. Extremely professional and a credit to BMW.
Usual smooth process
Rybrook warwick are the best,always helpful and enthusiastic,very polite staff who really look after you. We live in Bournemouth and are prepared to travel to warwick for servicing as they have mechanics who know how to sort out any problems.

My car went to the body shop at Rybrook, Warwick to have a new alloy fitted. When I picked the car up later in the day there were 3 scratches on the body work. Not how I expect to find my car after a visit to the body shop!

I have tyre and alloy protection. The first time when I scuffed it, BMW Rybrook repaired it. Now the colour has faded off that repair and I'm being told that they don't have a record of fixing it and they don't accept the insurance I have.

I took my car for a service at 8.30 and arranged to collect at 3 pm as I had to be in Stourbridge by 4.30. I arrived at 3.15 and the car was still on the car park and had not been serviced, I was told it would take 40 mins but wasn't ready until 5.30

Superb customer service from moment of entering. Made to feel that you are the reason they are there. Actually switched service and purchase to them after calling in for minor problem and surprised by level of service provided.
Work carried out quickly and efficiently
Work/service always done to my satisfaction and the car returned in a beautifully clean condition. Car returned with radio tuned in to Radio 1 and needed retuning. This was slightly irritating.
Only scored 4.5 as I only found out through chance that a recall with the car's steering had been fixed while the car was in the garage. I would have liked to have been told about this beforehand.
I arrived for my original booking only to be told the bodyshop technician wasn't in. So had to go home. Returned a week later. Splitter and skirts fitted very badly, big panel gaps, scratches on bumper, interior and exterior left filthy. Very unhappy

As well as being very attentive the staff never keep you waiting too long and always sort out any issues very quickly.
I would be completey satisfied if they cleaned the car boot ,i observed this multiple times that they dont clean the car boot ,all the other things are absolutely spot on
After spending £600.00 on break pads and a new tyre I discovered that the new tyre on the rear was set to 2.6 bar versus the existing rear was 2.2 bar. Surely the fitters check this before returning the car?
More than efficient. I reported one tyre had a problem; Rybrook engineers discovered all 4 were faulty, and replaced all 4 under my tyre policy.
The usual complete service support that I am accustomed to from the Service team at Warwick, this despite an extremely long delay in obtaining parts from BMW AG!
Verona was very helpful when my car developed a fault just a few hours after collecting it from service.
Well looked after
The service was over priced, the courtesy car had 1mile of fuel in the tank, my car was still dirty inside after the valet.
Time was at a premium and the job was done in the time promised also impressed with the honesty of the service staff in leaving a discovered £5 pound note in the car.
Terrible roads left my prized 3 Series M Sport Touring requiring three new tyres. I arrived to the dealership late in the afternoon without prior appointment and was seen immediately.
Initially they stated they couldn't find the fault...then they ordered the wrong part and couldn't complete the works....and the fault still isn't fixed...
Rybrook have had the car 4 times to repair and still have not fixed the issue. The last time I specifically asked them to examine the exhaust. No explanation received only that they need it back again. Also car was returned nearly empty, no warning.
Continued from above. There was no information available when I collected the car so I left and will seek a quote from elsewhere.
Everyone are very friendly and welcoming at Rybrook. I was tempted to go to another dealership closer to home but chose to stay due the level of service provided by Zoe and Jon and I have not been let down at all.

When I first contacted Rybrooke Warwick to get help, they were unable to look at my car for several days and I was advised by them to contact BMW Assist who came out to my car at my home address immediately.
Great friendly and helpful service, nothing is too much trouble.
Expensive for an interim service. Overcharged on oil. Bad job cleaning car inside and out. Dirty water streaks left all over paint. Windows not cleaned. Terrible job cleaning inside of car.
The only negative was for a pre booked 9 o clock drop off with only a couple of other customers and what appeared to be lots of staff members around it took 15 minutes to see a service advisor to take keys and sort paperwork.
Even though it was busy I was made comfortable and able to work without issue

Warranty work completed well. Air-con recharge & new windscreen wipers supplied at reasonable cost. Two concerns; informed car OK to collect 15.7. Collecting 16.7.- 90 mins wait before ready. Steering wheel & gear lever covered in dirty handprints

Very Efficient, not pushy
As said earlier both Zoe and Jon have been exceptional. I was tempted to go to another dealership due to the distance but due to the level of service given I stayed with Rybrook and was not let down at all.
Despite my vehicle not being ready on the originally forecast date the staff were very helpful by providing me with a hire car up until my vehicle was ready to collect.
